Flowboost Keyword Labelizer helps you quickly see which keywords and search terms are winning, which are close, and which are dragging down performance. It does this by grouping everything into clear Flowboost buckets: over-index, index, near-index, under-index, and no-index.
What this script does for you
This script connects your Google Ads account to a ready-made Google Sheets template.
When you run it, it:
Pulls performance data for your keywords and search terms over a recent period
Benchmarks that data against your ROAS or CPA targets
Automatically assigns each item to a Flowboost bucket based on those targets and traffic volume
Writes all results into the spreadsheet so you have a clean, structured overview
You decide whether to work with ROAS or CPA, and you control how strict the buckets are by setting your own targets and sensitivity.
What you will see in the spreadsheet
The template contains three key tabs:
Config
Here you set your preferences, such as:
Which campaigns to include based on a label in Google Ads
How many days of data to use
Conversion lag to account for delayed conversions
ROAS or CPA targets
Whether you want to bucket on ROAS or on CPA
How big the performance difference should be before something is considered over-index or under-index
How much traffic a keyword or term needs before it can be judged properly
Keyword Feed
This tab lists all your eligible keywords, along with their key performance metrics and their assigned Flowboost bucket.
You get a clear view of:
Which keywords are strongly outperforming your targets
Which are on target
Which are close to target
Which are underperforming or have too little data
Search Terms
This tab shows your search terms, aggregated across campaigns and ad groups.
Each search term gets:
Performance stats like impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and value
Calculated metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS
A single Flowboost bucket so you can quickly see which queries to scale, protect, or cut
Both Keyword Feed and Search Terms are sorted in a structured way, so it is easy to filter and build actions from.
How it helps you in daily work
With Flowboost Keyword Labelizer you can:
Spot over-performing keywords and search terms to scale budgets or duplicate into new structures
Find near-index items that need a small push in bids or budgets
Identify under-index elements that should be optimized, paused, or moved
Quickly understand where your traffic is going compared to your ROAS or CPA goals
Share performance buckets easily with team members or clients straight from the spreadsheet
The script also respects your campaign filters. If you only want to analyze campaigns with a specific label, you can set that in the Config tab so you keep your view clean and focused.
Best practices
Use consistent ROAS or CPA targets aligned with your business goals
Run the script on a regular cadence so you can track how buckets change over time
Use the buckets to guide your campaign actions instead of manually checking every metric
Combine the Search Terms tab with negative keyword management and themed campaign builds
