The focus account tells Wolfy which Google Ads account to analyze in a chat.
Before Wolfy can run account-level analysis or reports, it needs to know which account you're asking about. That's your focus account.
How to set your focus account
In the chat, click Set focus account above the message box.
Browse or search by account name or customer ID.
If you manage accounts through a manager account (MCC), click into it to see its sub-accounts, then pick the one you want.
Once set, the placeholder updates to "Ask anything about [Account Name]" and you're ready to ask account-specific questions or run reports.
The focus account is locked per chat
To keep analysis consistent, your focus account is locked for the whole chat session. If you want to work on a different account, just start a new chat and set a new focus account there.
💡 Tip: Starting a fresh chat for each new account or topic also keeps each conversation focused and uses your monthly usage more efficiently.
Comparing multiple accounts
On Pro and Client plans, you can ask Wolfy to compare your focus account against other accounts you manage — useful for benchmarking performance across clients. On single-account plans, each chat works with one focus account at a time. See Wolfy for agencies.
Common questions
I don't see an account I expect. You may have gained access to it recently, or upgraded your plan. Go to Settings → Sync Google Ads accounts to refresh the list.
Why is the "Run scripts" or report button greyed out? Those features need a focus account. Set one first and they'll unlock.
