Use the project controls when you want to stop scheduled Labelizer runs, start them again, or remove a project you no longer need.
Pause a project
Pause a project when you want to keep the setup and run history, but stop future scheduled runs.
This is useful when:
You are reviewing the setup.
You want to prevent temporary feed changes from affecting labels.
The account is paused or being restructured.
You need to check the selected custom label slot.
After pausing, existing results remain available in the project.
Resume a project
Resume a project when you want scheduled runs to continue.
Before resuming, check:
The Google Ads account is still correct.
The Google connection is active.
Merchant Center access is still valid if labels should sync.
The target, filters, and schedule still make sense.
After resuming, Labelizer will continue based on the project schedule.
Run manually after changes
If you changed settings before resuming, run Labelizer manually once and review the results.
This helps confirm that the project still processes the expected products before relying on the schedule.
Delete a project
Delete a project only when you no longer need the setup or run history.
Before deleting, check whether your team still needs:
The project configuration.
Historical run results.
The selected custom label values.
A record of how products were bucketed.
Deleting a project does not delete the Google Ads account or Merchant Center account.
If you are unsure
Pause the project first. Pausing gives you time to review the setup without creating new scheduled output.
